Keith is great at finding the best option for your needs, and Josh made the scheduling and permitting easy.  Julian and Nick were extremely knowledgeable, fast, and performed my install on time, professionally, they continually made sure that I was happy with any slight changes or options they had to perform during the install in order to perform the cleanest setup possible for my new propane tank. From start to finish this company does it right. Setting the appointment was super easy for install. Now as with any trenching and digging you have to expect something to go off the tracks. But not with Colby and Kevin. I explained where I wanted the tanks and where the line was to be run. They did it and without so much as a bump in the road. We fired up the heater and it worked 100% - that was of course after a pressure tests which was spot on. Then Hector came to top off the propane tanks and in literally 3 Hours from start to completely finished there ya go. I recently switched from another propane company to Propane Depot, and I’m very glad I did. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain their pricing and the entire installation process. Their prices were about one-third lower than what I had been paying, which made the decision easy. The installation was completed exactly when promised. The technician was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job removing my old tank and installing the new one. He also went the extra mile by checking my hot water heater and stove to make sure everything was working properly and that there were no gas leaks before he left. Start to finish working with Propane Depot was a breeze. Dealing with Dominic to schedule a quote and set up an install date was prompt and courteous. The installation of the tank underground with Kevin and Colby exceeded expectations. They worked quickly and clean and took the time to explain what was going on through the install and answer any questions I had. I decided I had enough with the corporate company and filled out the online request a quote form with propane depot, I liked that they’re fully based on Long Island & family owned/operated. Michael called me up, I let him know I was looking to switch to them. My former companies tanks were being picked up the next day. I thought that I might have to wait a couple days to get hooked up with propane depot but that was on me for waiting. But nope Michael went above and beyond! He verified some information, requested pictures of current tanks to ensure location of tank is appropriate, sent over an agreement, and I signed it. Dispatcher Josh called me and gave me a time that the installer would be there. Colbie showed up right on time. He looked over my set up & ensured he could connect their new tank. First time I have used Propane depot.  Needed to install a new tank to a new stove.  John Humphrey was the installer.  On time.  Good equipment. Polite. Knowledgeable.  Clean job.  Took time to test the installation but also showed me how to operate a technical stove.  Impressed by his knowledge and ability.  This was an impressive install and John was easy to work with. I was with Great White Propane for many years. When Paraco gas took over, prices went up and service went down. I called Propane Depot. I got an immediate response. Michael B. was my contact person. He answered all my questions. Within two days I received my first delivery. The price and service was excellent!! After 25 years with Paraco, switching over to Propane Depot was the best decision. Fast, super friendly, professional, fairly priced and locally owned wins hands down. The Smartfill technology guarantees I no longer have to constantly take readings in the dead of winter only to run out of gas anyway. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is done hearing "Due to higher than usual demand..."  every time you need to speak with someone or place an order. Mike and Keith went out of their way to help us out of a jam on a weekend in January. We  hadn't been to our house for a few weeks and we show up and the gas had run out. We called  Propane Depot and Mike arranged for an emergency delivery on a Saturday and Keith walked me through starting up the furnace and stove. The most thorough and professional company, hands down. Another company left me with no propane for cooking on Christmas day, even though I was supposed to be on automatic delivery. I called propane depot and not only were they professional and courteous, they were sympathetic to my situation. They sent Keith out to test my propane line and stove. He performed multiple tests and advised there is absolutely no leak. Keith tried many different ways to find that leak but you can't find what's not there. Excellent estimate process, saved me some money, installation was accommodating since we wanted to use up some of the gas in the present tank. Actual installation was on time and took less than 1/2 hour. Charge for installation could have been less since it was accomplished so quickly.. No other problems. My fuel costs went down significantly and my satisfaction went up astronomically. We are new to Propane Depot, having left another Long Island provider of many years who was acquired by a national corporate platform and the service became horrible while pricing skyrocketed.  Every time we called, we got a call center in Asia, and all they did was quote corporate policy.  When you call Propane Depot, you speak to Michael, Lynn or Josh who are all local.  Michael and his team at Propane Depot are honest and true to their word.  Their pricing is 30-40% less than I was paying before, and the service level is world class.  They deliver exactly when they said they would, almost to the minute, two separate people followed up after my delivery to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, and they opened my account over the phone without any hassle in minutes. I am a new customer to Propane Depot and am glad i chose them.  After obtaining several quotes and deciding to "go" with them, I've found them to be extremely responsiveness and honest.  They call, they email, they answer all your questions honestly, no matter how ofter you need.  Each of the employees is informative and friendly.  They emailed to update me on the installation of my tank, they came on time, made sure they left the area clean.  When I called the office to ask about the follow delivery, the employee was friendly, knew my house and confirmed the status.  In additon to their pricing being excellent their quote was as well. After deciding to change my propane delivery provider at our vacation home, I called several propane service providers and selected Propane Depot based on the fact that Mike the representative was straight forward and very clear about the service. I also liked the idea that at no cost (based on a minimum dollar purchase) I would have access through an app to monitor my propane levels. This is important to us since our previous service provider let our propane run out. We do not visit our vacation home as frequently in the winter, it could have resulted in significant damage to our home. There are certainly a lot of choices for propane delivery on the east end.  Prices fluctuate each year so changing providers isn't uncommon.  I called Propane Depot after using another provider for the last two seasons and the conversation was quick, informative and so far they have provided the services as promised in the initial phone call. I spoke with Michael and he was clear and provided all the information necessary including when the rate would expire. About a week after signing the agreement, the fuel monitor was installed and my first delivery was made. The fuel monitor is a nice complimentary feature so I can gauge how much propane is used and when a delivery is needed. She had no clue who I was or what my issue was or even better what else I was going through but within seconds she had me calm and forgetting how miserable I thought I was. I have a company of my own and to be honest if I wasn’t honorable I would’ve tried to steal her. She truly is a gem and I just hope that the company realizes what they have in her.
